Rescue service is not a guarantee of response time. Things like weather, proximity and other factors will always play a role in rescue time and no guarantee can by made.
A phone call is the only way to ensure a rescue. and email or text without verbal communication is not a guarantee if response. If phone call is made and voice mail is left customer should follow up with another message as technology fails. Verbal communication is required to get a response.
When customers call they are under the clear understanding that there is something not working on their cart which is the reason for the rescue. Customers will additionally accept that they are responsible for any incidental damage unless the damage is done in a willful and wanting manor. Damage is always possible when towing a cart.
Customers understand that in some conditions a rescue is too dangerous and will either need to wait or call additional support and that action will be done in collaboration with customer and Nocatow
All sales are final. Exception is that Nocatow is unable to rescue as determined by Nocatow a refund can be issued. Response time alone is not a reason for refund.
Memberships are non transferable.
Customers are paying for this service to be helped, Nocatow will always do everything that can to help customers, and not invent additional fees.
